  • All Suites are equipped with:
    SAT-TV, Coffee Machine, Water Kettle, Toaster, Ceramic Stove Top, Oven, Refrigerator with freezer
  • All Holiday Times = Peak Season
  • All other Appointments = Off-Season
  • Cots and high chairs are provided at no charge at your disposal
  • Bed linens will be provided, towels please bring with you
  • For Pets we charge 3,-- Euro per Day.
  • A Washing Machine can be used for 4,-- Euro per Wash. 
  • The Arrival should take place from 14:00 or later, the Departure until 10:00 am
  • Please understand, that we charge a surcharge of 20% when you stay by us less than 4 nights.
  • For the Cancellation of your Suite reservation we charge 80% of the total Rental Price. If you leave earlier than booked we will charge for the original booked time. Therefore we suggest a Travel Cancellation Insurance.

After you pay the visitor’s tax in cash you can receive a Black Forest Guest Card with Bonuses. With this card you will get many discounts in Gengenbach and the whole Black Forest area. For example: Free of entrance charge at „The Island“ („Die Insel), discounts for bicycle rentals, mini-golf and entrance for museums, price reductions for guided tours and hikes (some are even free of charge), Nightwatchers Round Tour with City Tour through Gengenbach and concerts etc.Also the Bonus Guest Card provides free for your entire stay Bus and Train rides (2nd class) in the vicinity. (not included ICE-, IC- und EC-Connection and Mountain trains).
